Thursday & Saturday 7am-8am
Free Meditation Classes
This experience is a combination of yoga and meditation,
stimulating the body’s seven energy centres, known as chakras.
With this meditation, you are not only enhancing physical health
but also increasing spiritual awareness.
Tuesday & Saturday 5pm-6pm
