Balinese Yoga
A wonderful class to improve concentration and focus, this session starts with a gayatri mantra, followed by pranayama sun salutations and various poses – bringing a smile to the body.
Jagaditha Yoga
Jagadhita means “happiness”, and this yoga class is perfect for experiencing a lightness of joy from within – leaving you with increased focus and concentration. The session starts with pranayama breathing and uses sound energy – representing fire, water and air – to help balance the emotions.
Laughter Yoga
This unique exercise routine combines the freedom of laughter with yogic breathing (pranayama) – focusing more on yoga poses. It’s a simple way to bring joy into your life. This Yoga will be held in the middle of ricefield for best experience.
Dynamic Yoga
This yoga session combines heat and free-style vinyasa yoga with powerful deep breathing. The breath is what controls the practice and links the body to the mind. This is a good class for self-awareness and self-improvement.

Kundalini Meditation
